4. Photography & Media

Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration or team payment. Participation in TPL events involves advance fees that are subject to the terms below.

1. Registration Fees

• Player registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the payment is confirmed.
• If a player is found to have submitted incorrect or fraudulent information, their registration will be cancelled without any refund.
• In case of duplicate payments made in error, the additional amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

2. Event Cancellation by TPL

If TPL cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, force majeure), the following applies:

• Full refund if the event is cancelled before it commences
• Pro-rated refund based on matches played if cancelled mid-tournament
• No refund if the event is suspended temporarily and rescheduled

3. How to Request a Refund

Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@tplofficial.com with your registration ID, payment proof, and reason for the request. Requests without complete details will not be processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• TPL merchandise and branded kits once delivered
• Advance match entry or umpiring fees
• Any convenience or gateway charges levied during payment

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Tribal Premium League and use of our official platforms. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Players must be physically fit and free from any medical conditions that could be worsened by competitive sport.
• Any participant found providing false eligibility information will be immediately disqualified without refund.

2. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to uphold the spirit of fair play. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Abuse, harassment, or intimidation of fellow players, officials, or spectators
• Use of performance-enhancing substances or alcohol during matches
• Deliberate damage to venue property or equipment
• Unsportsmanlike behaviour including arguing with umpire decisions
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption

3. Registration & Participation

• Registration is complete only upon payment confirmation and official acknowledgement from TPL.
• Each player may register only once per season under a single franchise.
• Players must carry their official TPL ID card to all matches. Entry may be refused without it.
• Squad changes or substitutions are subject to TPL management approval and deadlines.

4. Match Rules

• Match rules follow the standard format published in the TPL Season 5 rulebook.
• Umpire decisions are final and binding; disputes must be raised through official channels only.
• Teams failing to report within 15 minutes of the scheduled start may forfeit the match.
• TPL reserves the right to alter match schedules due to weather, venue, or operational reasons.

5. Liability

TPL and its organisers are not liable for:

• Any injuries sustained during matches or practice sessions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings at the venue
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation

Participants are encouraged to maintain personal accident insurance for the duration of the tournament.

6. Intellectual Property

All TPL branding, logos, media content, and tournament materials are the exclusive property of Tribal Premium League. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Disciplinary Action

TPL management reserves the right to suspend, fine, or permanently ban any participant or franchise found in violation of these Terms. Decisions made by the TPL disciplinary committee are final.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with TPL participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

9. Amendments

TPL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified via official channels, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
